HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

1. PLEASE PRINT YOUR TOUR CARD BY CLICKING ON PRINT TOUR CARD iN THE TOUR CARD SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE, WWW.RIDENEWENGLAND.COM, OR PICK UP A COPY AT YOUR ASSOCIATION MEMBER DEALERSHIP THROUGHOUT THE NEW ENGLAND AREA.

2. AT EACH DEALERSHIP GET YOUR CARD STAMPED AND SIGNED. EACH DEALER WILL RECORD YOUR NAME IN THEIR PARTICIPANT LOG AND YOU'RE OFF TO THE NEXT DEALER

3. WHEN YOU HAVE VISITED 15 OR MORE DEALERSHIPS ON THE CARD, YOU MAY TURN IN YOUR CARD OR KEEP IT TO CONTINUE GATHERING STAMPS AND TURN IT IN LATER.

AFTER YOUR CARD IS VERIFIED, YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE YOUR $20.00 CERTIFICATE AND YOUR CARD BACK SO THAT YOU CAN CONTINUE THE PROGRAM TO BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR THE NEXT LEVEL.

NOTE: YOU MAY HOLD ONTO YOUR CARD UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL THE SLOTS AND WHEN YOU MAIL IT IN TO BECOME ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE, YOU WILL BE SENT YOUR $20.00 CERTIFICATE AT THAT TIME.

4. WHEN YOU GET YOUR CARD BACK, CONTINUE ON YOUR TRAVELS AND GET STAMPS FROM THE REMAINING DEALERS ON THE CARD. WHEN YOU HAVE ALL YOUR DEALER SLOTS STAMPED AND SIGNED SEND THE CARD TO THE ASSOCIATION AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS.

5. UPON VERIFICATION, YOU WILL THEN BE ENTERED INTO THE RAFFLE FOR THE MOTORCYCLE.

WHEN WILL THE PROGRAM START & END?

PRINT THE 2012 TOUR CARD AND BEGIN AT ANY POINT. THE DRAWING FOR THE MOTORCYCLE WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 12, 2013 AT Gengras Harley-Davidson 1 p.m.  CARDS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 20, 2012.

RULES OF CONTEST

Official Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Must be 18 years of age or older. The Program is open to US residents only.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Complete a Tour Card (by visiting each New England Harley-Davidson Dealer's Association dealer between January 1, 2012 and December 20, 2012 and getting Tour Card stamped and signed at each location by dealership representative). Only one card (entry) per person. Person whose name is on the front of the Tour Card must be present to get dealer stamp.You may be asked for a photo ID at the dealership. Dealer will require your name and address for listing on their verification form. Tour Card can be obtained by printing from the website. Alternatively, pick up a Tour Card at New England Harley-Davidson Dealer's Association sponsored events throughout the New England area. (See Website for list of events). Tour cards are also available at member dealerships. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of entries will be accepted.

Tour Card must be completed and mailed (postmarked no later than December 20, 2012). Entrant Name and Address must be completed on the Tour Card in order to win. Dealership signatures and stamps on the Tour Card will be verified for authenticity and winner's name will be checked against dealership visit verification lists. Sponsor may disqualify or prohibit a participant from participating in the Program for any reason at Sponsor's sole discretion and without notice.

3. DRAWING: Winner will be selected by random drawing in January 12, 2013 at Gengras Harley-Davidson, from completed and verified Tour Cards. The Sponsor will conduct the drawing. The Decision of the sponsor shall be final. The winner will be notified via telephone or mail. Prizes must be picked up within thirty (30) days of winning. Winner is responsible for claiming the prize within thirty (30) days provided. Failure to claim the prize within thirty (30) days shall result in the forfeiture of the prize. Proper identification (valid driver's license, passport, state id, military id) will be required to claim the prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the Sponsor's decisions.

4. PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Grand Prize, undetermined number of $20.00 certificate to be distributed based upon eligible entries returned and availability of certificates. The person whose name is drawn for the Grand Prize will be awarded new Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses associated with registering, claiming, or using the vehicle, including but not limited to: taxes (including sales and income), title, registration, license fees, and insurance. Grand Prize to be picked up at the closest Sponsor participating dealership to the winner's home that has model available. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Program without notice to participants. Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of Sponsor at any time.

5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Sponsors are not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, stolen, destroyed, delayed, misdirected, unintelligible, garbled entries, postage due mail, or for hardware, software, electronic network, or other computer malfunction, failure, or difficulty of any kind. Entries (tour cards) become the sole property of Sponsor and will be returned to entrant only if self- addressed stamped envelope is included with entry. All prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by

 law. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason and only then for a prize of equal or greater value. Prize may not be assigned or transferred. Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (where legal) within fourteen (14) days of receipt of prize notification. Winner may also be required to sign applicable forms required by tax authorities and other documentation. In the event that all required documents are not executed and returned within the prescribed period, winner may be disqualified, and any prizes may be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner will be solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes associated with prize. By participating, entrant agrees:

• To release and hold harmless Sponsor and dealers in the Sponsor association and their respective directions, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability arising from participation and/or the acceptance, possession, or use (or misuse) of the Grand Prize. Sponsor shall have no liability for the use, operation, or condition of any prizes. Sponsor specifically disclaims any warranty, express or implied, with respect to the use, operation or condition of any prize awarded in connection with this Program.
  
  
• Where legal, to the use of his/her name,address (city/state), photograph, videotape or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes, and any and all rights to said use without compensation.

WWW.RIDENEWENGLAND.COM Tour Card Program is void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws shall apply.

6. INELIGIBILITY: Persons in any of the following categories are not eligible to participate or win the Grand Prize.

• Officers and State Directors (and their immediate family members) of Sponsor
• Dealer Principals (and their immediate family members) of participating Sponsor dealerships
• Relatives and Employees of Ocean State Harley-Davidson, Inc.

7. WINNER LIST: The name of the Grand Prize winner may be obtained by mailing a stamped self-addressed envelope to:
